Features

It is a useful support tool for the maintenance and control of elevators equipped with VisioLift system-enabled controllers. The lifts are always connected to the cloud and technicians can check their status and interact with them via internet in a simple and intuitive way. In the event of specific malfunctions or alarms, the technical staff is immediately alerted for rapid intervention.

Multiplatform

Simple and intuitive WebApp for monitoring your lifts with any device (smartphone, tablet, PC).

Geolocation

All lifts can be identified with their geographical position. They can be grouped to easily find them in the database.

Email and SMS Reports

Immediate sending of technical alarms in case of system failure or specific events (entrapment alarm, power failure, maintenance, etc.). Reporting with lift reference and telemetry at the time of the event.

Lift Real-Time

Easy remote connection with the system for real-time analysis of the main signals and for sending remote commands (calls, system reset, fault reset, drive reset, etc.). Lift settings can be adjusted from remote.

Events History

Any report received is archived with date and time of beginning and ending of the event. With each event is included the telemetry of main elevator signals.

Complete Statistics

Health analysis of the entire elevator system with indication of efficiency, out of service time, maintenance time, traffic statistics by floor, weekly and daily average runs.

Calls with QR code

With the VisioKey App for Android and iOS, end users can place calls with their smartphone to simplify elevator usage. The QR codes for this feature can be automatically generated and easily printed with the VisioLift WebApp .

Customizable Installation

The system can be connected to the internet in three modes: GSM gateway module, dialer with integrated GSM or Ethernet module with RJ45 connector. Visiolift works only with compatible panel boards, contact us for further details.
